The Ontario Gesneriad Society Of Guelph is a non-profit organization representing Southern-Central Ontario for the Gesneriad Society an international group. We warmly welcome anyone interested in this diverse group of plants. Members grow many types of Gesneriads; a plant family that includes Chirita, Aeschynanthus, Episcia, Kohleria, Nematanthus, Saintpaulia, Sinningia, Streptocarpus and other genera.

Meetings are held on the 3rd Sunday, September through June, at 2:00 p.m. Our current meeting place is at Meadowville Garden Centre. To see a complete list of our upcoming meeting dates and topics as well as a map and directions please see our meetings page.   You are welcome to visit your first meeting or two without joining to see if you are interested. Feel free to bring a friend you think might be interested.
